Rotex Global, LLC Senior Director, Multiple Finance Specializations in Cincinnati, Ohio

Position Summary: The Senior Finance Director reports to the Chief Financial Officer of the Advance Process Solutions segment within the Hillenbrand portfolio. This individual will also work closely with the Rotex President and be a key member of the executive leadership team assuming a strategic role in the overall management of the business. It directs and oversees the global financial activities of the Company including financial plans and policies, accounting practices and reporting, cash management, cost accounting, financial forecasting and analysis and due diligence activities associated with acquisitions and divestitures. Work You'll Do: Takes a leadership role in the development of the Company's long range and annual operating plans. Provides financial leadership, analytics (including analysis of actual results vs budget, forecast and prior year), and business recommendations to senior management. Manages the administration of the strategic management process and execution of the business plans and financial budgets. Assists the President and various business unit leaders and senior financial managers with the same. Responsible for driving the Company to achieve and surpass all financial metrics of the business goals and objectives (Revenue and EBITDA growth, Working Capital improvements). Directs the financial outlook activities of the Company and recommends and leads efforts to improve financial performance. Ensures timely execution of monthly closing, including accurate and proper recording of revenue and profit in accordance with US GAAP. Issues monthly financial and operating reports for each supported company location. Manages manufacturing related accounting including cost accounting, standard costing models, absorption rates, margins, and inventory. Directs the credit and collection activities as well as the supervision of investigations of credit risk involving customers and suppliers, both domestically and internationally. Directs the development of accounting policies in concert with corporate parent's policies and administers approved accounting procedures. Partner with R&D leaders to drive improvements to the product life cycle planning and R&D/NPI investment strategy. Partner with Operations leadership to drive capacity planning to support achievement of Revenue in alignment with short term and long-term growth targets. Partner with Sales and Marketing to advance key commercial initiatives to drive. Presentation to Board of Directors, Hillenbrand Executive Management Team, and other senior level executives. Ensures taxes (payroll, income, personal property, franchise, sales and use, and real estate) are filed timely and accurately for each company location. Responsible for adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley, including supporting the annual audits by both internal and external auditors. Provides an environment that inspires the highest order of group and individual performance and directly contributes to the development and advancement of all subordinates. Additional areas can include property and liability insurance programs, acquisition, and divestiture opportunities. As required, review and approve credit limits, payment terms, capital expenditures, purchase requisitions and purchase orders Team: This role will be a part of the Rotex Global Executive Committee and will work closely with the Rotex President. In addition, this role directly supervises associate and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company policies, the Code of Ethical Business Conduct, and applicable laws.
