1 Position: Operations Coordinator/Inventory Clerk Location: Cincinnati, OH Brand: Corporate Segment: Air Supply Group Job Summary: We seek a dedicated and highly organized Operations Coordinator/Inventory Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage various aspects of our operations, primarily focusing on maintaining accurate inventory, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring the smooth flow of orders and shipments. This role demands strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Daily review and correct order exceptions. Weekly follow-up on picked tickets. Resolve inventory discrepancies through cycle counts. Manage vendor returns and discrepancies. Address shipment discrepancies. Maintain order accuracy and freight details. Process freight claims as necessary. Review and process vendor invoices. Handle service parts audits. Conduct quarterly service truck inventory audits. Process customer returns and credits. Set up new vendor accounts. Replenish truck stock inventory. Manage office supplies. Assist with facility maintenance scheduling. Handle customer will-call/pick-up orders. Resolve vendor invoice discrepancies. Assist in resolving customer disputes. Review and take action on order reports. Invoice orders at month-end. Lead and participate in annual physical inventory audits. Audit service staging area monthly. Assist with credit card processing. Process warehouse transfers accurately. Knowledge & Skills: Degree or equivalent related experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Operations or a related position. Knowledge of SXe (Trend) preferred. Proficiency in MS Office. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Dependable and highly motivated. Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
