Aerotek Mill Machinist Paying Up To 35 AN HOUR in Cincinnati, Ohio
Description:
CNC Horizontal Boring Mill Operator for 1st 7-3:30pm and 2nd 3:30-12pm shift. Train on 1st shift for 2-3 months at least. This person must have 5 years of experience doing setup and operation of Milling machines. The specific machine they will be working on is a TC-30, Lucas Mill with Fagor controls. Would like to see experience with either Milacron Controls or Fagor controls. Must be able to edit programming on the machine as well.
Set-up, operate and adjust controls on CNC Mill in accordance with engineering specifications, production drawings, production procedures and oral instructions
Check work in process for adherence to quality and production standards. Must have experience with micrometers, calipers, bore gages and other inspection tools.
Change settings for various production runs.
Obtain and return work supplies from tool crib as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe work area and equipment operating conditions.
Use hand tools as required.
May deburr parts in completing production work.
Must have 5 years experience on CNC Mills

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
MUST HAVE:
5 years minimum milling machine experience on horizontal boring mill
Experience with setup and editing programs, fagor or fanuc controls highly preferable
Ability to pass DT and BKG
Good, upbeat personality
