This position is a hybrid role (3 days in the Mason Office and 2 days remote). What Impact You Can Make Work with Sr. Manager, Sales Administration to ensure administrative support across the sales organization is effectively managed and can scale as needed. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, gain efficiency and reduce costs. Leverage technology appropriately towards these efforts. Manage the Sales Operations Coordinator team. Provide guidance, coaching and professional development support. Approve timesheets, manage overtime/time off requests/scheduling. Support two Sales Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs). Provide calendar management, coordinate in-person and virtual meetings, trade show attendance, travel & expenses, and ad-hoc projects. Provide on-site meeting support as needed. Support Sales Area Directors under RVPs. Provide planning and logistics of team meetings and activities, order team apparel, perform activities related to personnel/alignment changes and employee relations. Provide direction to sales team for accessing appropriate persons, departments or resources. Assist HR with coordinating interviews with RVPs and Directors. Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments. Assist with Annual Sales Awards activities. Support Sales and Sales Operations activities as directed.
