Aerotek Maintenance Engineer Paying Up To 30 AN HOUR in Cincinnati, Ohio
Description:
Building maintenance technician will be responsible for preventative maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, Electrical systems throughout the facility.
Repair and or coordinate the repairs of buildings and installed systems to include: plumbing systems (sinks, toilets, and faucets, clearing obstructions from water and sewer lines), electrical systems, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop, grounds equipment, and HVAC
Clean, lubricate, and service a wide variety of pumps, valves, pneumatic controls, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic devices

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
MUST HAVES:
Industrial Building maintenance experience
7+ years of progressive experience in facility and industrial facility maintenance
Skilled tradesman with of experience and training in general maintenance work including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC
Ability to read blueprints and diagrams
bring own basic tools for general maintenance duties
ability to lift 50lbs. and be able to work on ladders at various heights and in confined space
