Essential Responsibilities Operate mills (Doosan, Haas, Makino) and lathes (Femco, Haas, Okuma, Romi, manual, VTL) Perform machine set-up Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications Read gauges and other inspection equipment to confirm conformity, and accuracy, of work Determine the best machining methods and sequence of operations Hold tight dimensional tolerances Run multiple machines concurrently Diagnose & troubleshoot equipment that affects quality, productivity, or safety Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency Qualifications and Experience High School degree or equivalent is required Background in aerospace is a plus.
