ManpowerGroup Lab Technician - Nights in Cincinnati, Ohio
Our client in the biotechnology industry is seeking a Formulation Technician I to join their team. As a Formulation Technician I, you will be part of the media process technicians team manufacturing dehydrated and liquid cell culture media. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
Job Title: Formulation Technician I
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Pay Range: $22/hr
What's the Job?
Manufacture dehydrated and liquid cell culture media following batch record instructions
Weigh microgram to kilograms quantities of individual raw materials
Calibrate equipment, follow safety policies and procedures, operate milling equipment, perform sterile filtration and any other tasks required to complete cell culture media manufacturing
Perform standard product testing, such as osmolality, pH and turbidity
Work closely with R&D, procurement, quality, process technology, marketing as well as external and internal customers and vendors
What's Needed?
Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 6 months experience in a high-paced laboratory environment or manufacturing facility
Ability to read, write, and follow testing and inspection procedures
Mechanical aptitude and ability to disassemble and reassemble various equipment
Good communication skills and ability to work both individually and as part of a team
