Description Position Summary The Finishing Operator is responsible for setup, operating and taking down equipment and machinery that is designated to the Finishing department. Essential Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Results Assess daily priorities and customer deadlines. Set up and load machines. Operate equipment proficiently. Develop and execute efficient workflows. Trouble shoot problems and find a solution. Quality assurance on all jobs Always keep an organized and clean workspace. Cutting, padding, binding, drilling, stitching, etc. Work safely. Educational & Experience Minimum Requirements This position requires the following knowledge and skills: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Previous equipment operation experience in the print industry. Basic computer skills Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated. Positive outlook, goal-oriented, and reliable Critical thinking Proficiency in reading measurements Basic math Read and follow instructions.
