Job Title: Contract Recruiter

Location: ALTA is supporting a contract opportunity working hybrid three days onsite client located in the Cincinnati, OH area

Pay Rate $25-30 hourly

Job Description Summary and responsibilities:

  • Build solid relationships with hiring managers and develop a keen understanding of team dynamics and cultural fit, and the skills and experiences needed to continue the growth and success of the business

  • Use your knowledge of the competitive landscape to build recruiting strategies for open positions

  • Leverage multiple sourcing tools to identify and attract highly skilled diverse talent

  • Own the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, relationship management, including the offer and closing of candidates

    Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a full life-cycle recruiter. Experience with light industrial recruiting

  • Demonstrated expert level capabilities in direct sourcing talent

  • Experience developing targeted sourcing strategies to attract talent for niche roles and in challenging talent markets, specifically experience in attracting talent across NA into manufacturing roles
