Job Title: CNC Maintenance Technician35/HR**
Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and overhauling CNC machinery for both mill and lathe departments. This position offers a career advancement opportunity to lead/supervisor role within one to one and a half years.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair CNC machinery for mill and lathe departments.
Perform preventive maintenance on machinery.
Conduct electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
Handle PLC troubleshooting on machines.
Repair and fabricate industrial machinery parts.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Work with electrical systems including 3-phase, Fanuc, and Fagor systems.
Perform welding and other mechanical repairs.
Essential Skills
5-6 years of experience in troubleshooting industrial machinery, preferably CNC machines.
Strong electrical skills with a focus on 60/40 electrical to mechanical.
PLC experience for troubleshooting machines.
Own tools for maintenance work.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous leadership experience leading a maintenance team is a plus.
Experience in precision gear and transmission design and manufacturing.

Work Environment
You will work the first shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, in a machine shop environment with milling and lathe departments. Some areas are cleaner than others, and the facility has larger milling machines that turn parts for various industries such as Oil/Gas, Military, Transportation, Marine, and Wind. You will receive training and mentorship under the current maintenance supervisor.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, Ohio.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
