UC Health Clinical Nurse (RN) Manager, Operating Room, 3rd Shift in Cincinnati, Ohio
UC Health is hiring a full-time Clinical Nurse (RN) Manager for the Operating Room (OR) for the third shift (8 or 10 hours) at University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
The Clinical Nurse Manager will support the Medical Center's Operating Room, delivering high-quality care to patients based on assessed needs, established standards of care and according to policy and procedures.
The OR is comprised of a 60/40 mix of registered nurses and surgical technicians. UCMC is a level 1 trauma center. Our OR is a 25 room OR which includes a trauma room which is open 24/7, one cysto suite, a hybrid room for endoscopic hearts and a cath lab/OR for endovascular procedures. The remainder of the rooms are often high acuity patients undergoing surgery for various specialties. These rooms encompass Neurosurgery, Eyes, Ears, Oral, Spine, Orthopedic, Burns, plastic, podiatry, Transplant, vascular, GU, Robotics, General Surgery, thoracic, pulmonary, laparoscopic and gynecology.
