Responsible for defining and leading fast-paced, complex and biggest value compliance and transformational projects within OUs or across OUs. Projects could include process simplification and automation, system changes or upgrades, external compliance changes driven by government regulations, Acquisition and Divestitures, corporate restructures, supply network, go to market and organizational redesigns. Requires individuals to have strong domain mastery and P&G business model acumen, change management and communication skills who work across geographies and across functions. B3 individual needs to be a strong organization leader with a deep business understanding of the global/region portfolio and strong people management skills.

As a Warehouse Solution Expert you will be accountable to deliver the entire end to end WMS configuration & deploy the template during all the phases of the project: Matching & Mapping/Blueprinting; Solution Build, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and user qualification phases according to P&G standard.

Job Qualifications

  • Proven Leadership

  • Basic Unix (Linux) experience.

  • Extensive knowledge in Blue Yonder WMS Applications or other WMS applications.

  • Able to work effectively with a team of developers and verify work created by the team including code reviews.

  • Integrator experience is a must.

  • Proven experience in life cycle application development with the ability to generate application development

  • Strong problem-solving skills, fast learner, able to work under pressure.

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a multitasking environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.

  • Proven ability to mentor and train more junior team members.
