GCBHS Alternative Response to Crisis - Clinician in Cincinnati, Ohio

GCBHS has an exciting opportunity for an Alternative Response to Crisis (ARC) Clinician to partner with first responders in providing an innovative crisis response. Shift: 11am - 7pm, Monday through Friday (no weekends). Responsibilities: Co-respond with emergency communications to low-level, non-violent crisis calls Rapidly build rapport and assess needs on-scene Provide care management and connection to vital services/resources Collaborate closely with first responders and dispatchers Complete documentation and data tracking Requirements: LSW/LPC+ or trainee licensure required 3+ years behavioral health experience preferred Behavioral health/social service experience Crisis intervention, de-escalation, and engagement skills Position requires frequent driving of a city vehicle.
