Howmet Aerospace JB Quality System Coordinator in Cienega de Flores, Mexico
SKILLS
Ensure the integrity of the quality management systems.
Work with the different members of the organization to incorporate necessary automotive and IATF 16949 specific requirements and controls into Quality Management Systems.
Maintain local quality systems metrics monthly and manage actions when corresponding goals are missed.
Present applicable quality systems metrics and feedback to Quality Systems Managements and other management to routine meeting and management reviews as applicable.
Prepare and perform the scheduled audits (or work with auditors to prepare/ perform these audits)
Conduct training for lead/ volunteer auditors, as needed.
Follow up Corrective/ Preventive Actions.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Quality System Coordinator coordinates and directs the quality assurance programs and systems designed to ensure outstanding business performance, design and manufacturing consistent with established standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
Incumbent must possess Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills in both spanish and english.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
ISO 9001/ IATF 16949 Internal Auditor Certification preferred.
2 to 5 years of experience in Quality Systems Management.
