Fun Town RV Receptionist (Part Time) in Cibolo, Texas

Fun Town RV was founded in 2010 and has grown substantially over the last ten years. We currently have 14 locations and have plans to add several more in the next few years.

Duties

The ideal candidate will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or Management to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. The primary duties and responsibilities for this position include the following but others can be assigned:

  • Welcomes on-site visitors by monitoring and determining the purpose of their visit and informing the right personnel regarding visitors.

  • Perform general clerical duties such has filing, copying, sorting mail.

  • Be the main point of contact with customers whether it be in person or over the phone.

  • Be well versed and knowledgeable about the company to be able to answer questions regarding directions and what customers need.

  • Assist the Sales Department.

  • Assist the Admin Department.

  • Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department.

  • Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.

  • Retrieves messages from voice mail and forwards to appropriate personnel.

  • Maintain the professional appearance of the showroom & work area.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualified candidate will have the following:

  • Minimum of 1-year of experience in a Customer Service capacity.

  • Pleasant and professional phone and in person etiquette.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Basic computer skills.

  • Willing to work weekends.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
