Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and strategic Digital Product Trainer to lead the development and implementation of training programs for our cutting-edge digital medical solutions, including VRAS and ORTOMA.
This role will focus on strengthening the learning journey for both internal and external stakeholders by designing programs that span from foundational knowledge to advanced expertise.
The Digital Product Trainer will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Global and APAC Commercial Education (CommEd) teams, and Professional Education (ProfEd) stakeholders to ensure impactful, compliant, and engaging educational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Education (CommEd)
• Rebuild and enhance VRAS training programs to support continuous learning from foundational to advanced levels.
• Design and implement a structured training curriculum specifically for the VRAS UKA system.
• Develop a comprehensive training program for ORTOMA digital navigation products.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Commercial Education stakeholders across APAC and Global teams to align content and delivery strategy.
• Create and execute high-intensity, real-life scenario training (e.g., “pressure cooker” simulations) including role-playing exercises to reinforce field readiness.
- Professional Education (ProfEd)
• Create educational materials to support the safe and appropriate use of VRAS and ORTOMA products in collaboration with Product Managers.
• Redesign the continuing education program for healthcare professionals to ensure knowledge retention and clinical excellence.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in medical device training, sales, or clinical education.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering sales training programs.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
