JOB REQUIREMENTS: Chippewa County is accepting applications for an Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) Manager within the Department of Human Services ADRC Division. The job duties of the ADRC Manager include but are not limited to plan implement and supervise Aging & Disability Resource Center Services to adults with disabilities and the aging population provided by the Chippewa County Department of Human Services; to administer the established budget, program execution, regulatory compliance and supervise the assigned staff; and to provide responsive, courteous and efficient services to County residents and the general public. Additionally, as a part of the executive leadership team, assist the Direct in overall administration and management of the Human Services Department. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Five (5) years of recent professional human services work experience related to area of developmental disabilities, physical abilities, mental health, or aging required. At least one (1) year work experience with an ADRC Division preferred. Experience with preparing and administering an operational or program budget required. A valid driver\'s licenses is required and a cell phone is recommended.
