Summary You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Weapons Sys & Project Engineering Division, Weapons & Energetics Department of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE. Responsibilities You will create and maintain project schedules, ensuring all tasks are aligned with program objectives and timelines. You will manage staffing requirements by identifying necessary skills, securing personnel, and ensuring proper resource allocation to meet project deadlines. You will lead team meeting to review task progress, resolve issues, and ensure accountability for task completion. You will coordinate with sponsors and project leads to secure funding, adjust budgets, and provide status updates. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band (DA-03) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Managing staffing requirements by aligning skill sets with tasks to meet defined project schedules and deliverables; 2) Streamlining processes to improve efficiency and ensure repeatability in project execution; 3) Creating briefings and technical documents in collaboration with project leads to communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders; 4) Overseeing the development and execution of project schedules ensuring alignment with resource availability budgets and program objectives.
