Maintenance Position
Minimum of 1 year and/or training in building maintenance or equivalent experience. Must have a valid Ohio Driver's license and insurable. Mileage for personal vehicle reimbursed. Responds to the needs of work orders including plumbing, electrical, general dwelling repairs, grounds maintenance, equipment repairs and maintenance, and various projects.
