Job Description
Job Title: Assistant Teacher
Reports to: Lead Teacher
FLSA Status: Exempt (Hourly)

Essential Duties:
- Always ensure the health and safety of children, this includes but is not limited to feeding, diapering, providing comfort during naptime, and following safe sleep guidelines.
- Assist Lead Teacher in guiding children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum (identify shapes, numbers, and colors, do crafts, etc.).
Promote Goodwill within the community to enhance its public image and to obtain support for the furtherance of our mission. Demonstrate commitment to the highest standards possible in relationships with internal and external associates.
