Resideo Planner II in CHIHUAHUA, Mexico

Responsible to create the weekly production plan (MPS). Working directly with purchasing team in order to consider the raw material availability, Also working directly with the production team to make ensure the production plan is fully executed (production plan based on installed capacity).

Also responsible to administrate the raw material inventory in plant. SAP parameters, such other activities related to production planning.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Responsible to identify and escalate shortages purchasing team

  • Responsible to create MPS and weekly production plan for lines assigned Comfort/RTS business Units.

  • Releasing purchase requisitions for O9

  • Analyze installed capacity

  • KPI´s (inventory, SAP parameters, weekly score card, Safety Stock, etc.)

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Education: Professional career in engineering, administration or related.

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Planning areas.

  • Knowledge: Supply chain, SAP

  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, ability to work under pressure, MRP management, APICS desirable

  • Conversational English

  • Strong communication skills and a team player

  • Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize problem solve.

  • Limited experience in a purchasing environment

  • English fluent, any other language is a plus

  • Negotiation skills

  • Minimal knowledge of procurement/sourcing
