Emerson Warehouse Coordinator in CHIHUAHUA CENTRO, Mexico
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience on Materials and Warehouse activities
Proven experience on MRP/ERP and understanding of functionality (Edward,SAP, Oracle, Industrios)
Ledership & communication skills
Forklift handling experience.
Flexible working hours
Good Computer Skills (excel, word and Power Point)
Excellent attitude
Job Responsibilities :
Coordinate the warehouse staff on the different activities, shipping, receiving,organizing, and maintaining inventory and storage area, assure integrity of materials vs System (IOS).
Assure proper execution of receipt procedures, as well as develop improvements in the process of receipt of direct and indirect material.
Assure proper execution of Shipment procedures, as well as developing improvements in the Finish Goods and Raw Material shipment.
Coordinate the preparation of raw material kits or Kan ban material for the work orders to assure production lines without impact.
This role has the responsibility to have on control the different activities on the warehouse, training his team to assure meet the goals and metrics by areas.
Assure the preventive maintenance on the equipment’s used on warehouse such as forklift, pickers, scales, etc.
Assure verification of all documentation required to be aligned with internal control requirement for the transactions of the different process, validation of Invoices, packings, on receipts, shipping process etc.
Coordinate the proper documentation on the Folders for the Import and export required for Customs requirements.
Assure the appropriated material handle and the recording of inventory in the system.
Communication and escalation of any material discrepancy, material shortage or any special situation that must be involved to areas such as, buyers, planners, quality, customs, etc.
Be on compliance and assure the personnel in charge comply the Safety guidelines established by the company.
Execution of cycle count process, document necessary information, administration of the items to be counted and reports required.
The coordinator gives the training for the activities on warehouse and oversees the metrics for the employees.
The coordinator should follow the compliance the necessary trainings, certifications, and licenses for the Warehouse staff

Authority:
Coordinate meetings with employees in charge when required
Execute the pull of material in the systema for the Kits prepared for production
Execute transactions of Movements on the system for material locations
Authority to make an Overtime decision to support Production.
Authority to define the Cycle count items plan
Preferred Qualifications :
Equivalent experience / Truncated Carrer
Ability to resolve Conflicts, decision making & encourage teamwork
Analysis Capability for Inventory cycle counts & Inventory control, transactions on MRP
Customer service attitude and good experience in interpersonal relationship
Proactive person and high sense of urgency
