About The Role:

As a CBRE VAS Workflow Director, you will work directly with the leadership team to manage capacity by efficiently bidding and assigning assignments to our production professionals.

This job is part of the Valuation function. They are responsible for inspecting and determining the values of land, property, and businesses.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the bidding of assignments for assigned market(s) and assist MD/SMD in the assignment of work and capacity management.

  • Provide feedback to leadership on professionals' capacity and potential needs for increased staffing. Ensure performance targets are met for other professionals involved in the bidding process.

  • Active participation in leadership meetings, responsible for sharing and communicating the VAS strategy, supporting execution and delivery of strategic initiatives.

  • May be responsible for client engagement and creating new client relationships, expanding existing relationships, and focusing on client outcomes.

  • Participate with MD and above in preparation of market budget and ownership of P&L.

  • Participate in development, deployment, and adoption of key VAS technology initiatives with focus on enhancing productivity and a consistently high-quality product.

  • Effectively manage risk identified through CBRE’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Program and the VAS Quality Risk Management (QRM) policies and procedures.

  • Actively promote and ensure adherence to the VAS Practice Area Guidelines (PAG). Understand and communicate the CBRE corporate strategy.

  • Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) from College or University required; Master's degree preferred (MA, MS or MBA).

  • Minimum of 5 years commercial real estate appraisal experience.

  • MAI and/or appraisal licensure preferred.

  • Ability to solve problems and handle a variety of options in complex situations.

  • Expert level analytical and quantitative skills with experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Ability to influence within key relationships to help growth the business and meet client needs.

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
