This position drives transformational and strategic changes for enterprise initiatives. The Director, OCM is responsible for developing and executing OCM strategies and plans and ensures compliance with program change management policies and procedures. This position will work collaboratively to deliver innovative and insightful, yet practical solutions for a range of challenges, simple and complex, by designing change management strategies and approaches.
Location: This position can be in Chicago, IL or St. Louis, MO.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :
Works collaboratively with project teams and business leaders to deliver practical solutions for a range of challenges by designing change management strategies and approaches, such as:
Perform change impact analysis and gather stakeholder impacts from the transformation initiative
Design and deliver communications and stakeholder engagement campaigns
Evaluate training needs and create training tools and materials
Conduct business readiness assessments, evaluate results, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies for sustained change
Execute change management strategies based on stakeholder needs and the desired future state
Demonstrate strong leadership and business judgment in anticipating business or project needs and developing innovative, sustainable solutions focused on adding business value
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS :
Undergraduate degree. MBA preferred
5-7 years of experience in relevant consulting or industry experience in change management or human capital consulting.
3 years of experience leading and mentoring project teams on relevant engagements.
Experience with large technology implementation and/or large-scale transformation
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, proven track record of building strong collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders
Experience presenting to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage several workstreams and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience working in a complex, fast-paced project environment.
Ability to exercise discretion with confidential information.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Highly motivated and natural self-starter, independent thinker, great planner, and team player
Structured in thinking process and strong problem-solving skills, the ability to break down complex problems and find solutions
Ability to cope with uncertainty, learn fast, motivated by new and complex challenges
