Expected salary range of $113,400 to $126,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Sr. IT PMO Analyst in CSS Program Delivery team plays a crucial role in supporting the Corporate Systems and Services (CSS) by ensuring the effective delivery of IT projects and programs. This position is responsible for providing analytical support, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring adherence to ITPMO and CSS Program Delivery standards and methodologies.

Performs and/or manages activities relating to planning, designing, building, and maintaining IT services, projects, portfolios, products and processes. Creates and assigns detailed tasks to subordinates. Has budget responsibility for a small project, sub-project or process component. Expected to work under minimal supervision.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Help to ensure both PMO and CSS project standards and methodologies are implemented and followed.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.

  • Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.

  • Perform, manage and appropriately document work activities relating to IT service portfolios or products in support of our business partners. Lead IT activities required to manage service level agreements. Assist others in planning and prioritizing work and work schedule.

  • Assist in creation of documentation for products and services. Use best practices to improve products and services provided to business unit partners, and monitor adherence within Team/Group to standards as defined within the Management Model

  • Maintain and enhance engagement with business and IT partners and other stakeholders

  • Establish positive team environment by proactively assisting and training less experienced personnel. Provide performance and development feedback as required

  • Maintain technical knowledge and business acumen within own discipline or function

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline and typically 5 to 8 years experience in Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  • Proficiency with data analysis in Microsoft Excel

  • Experience leading small IT projects or sub-teams and knowledge of IT project management.

  • Strong problem solving and analysis ability.

  • Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to work with remote project teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Utilize understanding of customer's business needs to determine requirements

  • Applies technical expertise to plan, design, build or support required products and processes

  • Strong understanding of Constellation IT full life cycle methodologies and processes (Agile, Waterfall, Demands, SEP, Change Management, Release Management, Compliance, etc).

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., ServiceNow, Reporting, Dashboard, MS Planner).

  • PMP or CAPM is strongly preferred.

  • Help other team members learn appropriate theories, practices and principles that relate to their skill set portfolio

  • As assigned, manage working relationship with outsourcing partners
