The Senior Finance Manager – Supply Chain FP&A, Global Inventory is responsible for the financial planning and analysis of global inventory activities, including quarterly reporting, monthly estimate cycles, and annual budgeting. This ensures alignment with the company's overall Integrated Supply Chain strategy. Additionally, this role focuses on improving and maintaining streamlined planning and reporting processes that better connect segments, regions, operations, and finance deliverables, ensuring the accuracy of data and metrics across various tools.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Analyze and understand the risk and profitability of a business, sub-business, or projects through the analysis of reported financial information to establish operational efficiency.
Ensure the accuracy of inventory data and metrics across various tools and dashboards used by segment leaders and leadership.
Partner with IT to create new inventory dashboards in Power BI and manage required changes to data logic based on business realignments.
Conduct financial analysis of inventory entries at quarter close (e.g., obsolescence, GIT) and their impact on inventory balance; calculate key inventory metrics and communicate results to Corporate FP&A.
Work with Global Controllership on hierarchy changes in the general ledger related to subsegment movements, newly acquired entity integrations, etc., and incorporate changes into inventory tools.
Collaborate with supply chain, controllership, operations, regions, and finance leaders to understand variances and generate commentary on key drivers.
Oversee the monthly estimate, quarterly actuals, and annual budgeting processes for global inventory, as well as the reporting packages shared with the leadership team.
Use judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems that impact the function. Take a new perspective on existing solutions. Use technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Utilize multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.
Communicate complex messages effectively to others. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Explain difficult or sensitive information and work to build consensus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience in Accounting or FP&A
Desired Characteristics
Demonstrated experience in managing and driving special projects or transformation work within finance
Proven experience working in a matrixed environment and driving cross-functional collaboration
Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to explain complex financial concepts to diverse audiences
Experience with financial reporting, inventory management, and driving process improvements
Experience in leading and influencing others in a collaborative, results-driven environment

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $124,080.00-$186,120.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
