As a reflection of our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing Team as a Sr. UX Strategy Lead – Digital Experience.

The User Interface Design Lead will be part of a team responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining best-in-class online, mobile, and in-practice patient and provider digital experiences supporting all ADMI brands. Reporting to the Director, Digital Channel Experience, this contributor will play a lead role in translating business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes. The UX strategy lead will also be expected to design the overall functionality of key digital products, and in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing.


  • Lead a multi-disciplinary channel marketing team through each stage of the user experience design process including strategy research, information architecture, interaction, visual, and product evolution by overseeing deliverables to ensure quality standards, consistency of digital experience, and business and user goals are met across all digital products (e.g., mobile apps, responsive web, in-office tools)

  • Facilitate cohesive customer journey by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.

  • Develop personas, user scenarios, experience maps and other artifacts to create a consistent user experience across digital products.

  • Participate in user research, acceptance testing and interviews with target audiences; identify opportunities and user needs/preferences and collect feedback

  • Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.

  • Collaborate with developers to ensure quality of design execution and to identify alternatives when scope or technical implementation challenges arise

  • Collaborate with the web analytics team to determine post-launch success metrics; Leverage metrics, user research, qualitative and quantitative data to inform product experience strategy and validate design decisions, communicate this information to product teams and stakeholders to inform individual product roadmaps and use the data to suggest improvements.

Minimum Education and Experience

  • 5 or more years of work experience in Interface Design, Interaction Design, or Information Architecture, designing UX solutions for complex, functional web and/or mobile applications

  • A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.

  • Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.

  • Experience designing user centered solutions for responsive/adaptable designs is desired • Experience with usability testing, site analytics and contextual inquiry a plus

  • Expert efficiency in standard UX software such as Sketch, InVision and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.

  • Ability to provide specifications for HTML and CSS prototypes to developers

  • Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently

  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients

  • A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.

  • Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model, to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.

  • Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.

  • Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.

  • Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
