Your Role
Senior Manager (full-time; multiple positions)
Senior Manager needed in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. to monitor and oversee the development, testing and implementation of customized software applications for multiple projects. Lead software-specific design and realization, oversee testing, deployment and release management, or technical and functional application management of client-specific package-based solutions. Review project plans to formulate and implement project activity. Direct daily operations of department, including analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, coordinate workloads and assignments, developing standards, setting deadlines. Define service level agreements for the applications within the projects and devise plans based on the business criticality. Maintain client relationships and meet regularly with Senior Management. Collaborate with Senior Management in conducting risk analysis and client interface, which includes budgetary and quality assurance. Select, monitor and interface with offshore software development teams, including managing quality control and compliance with the delivery schedule for the entire project life cycle. Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables. Must have a Master’s Degree (or foreign equiv) in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business, Math, or related field, plus three (3) years of experience in software development, IT/engineering, consulting, business analysis or related. In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equiv) in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business, Math, or related field, plus seven (7) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in software development, IT/engineering, consulting, business analysis or related.
Your Profile
Must have three (3) years of technical IT work experience. Must have one (1) year of IT work experience with any one of the following skill sets:
Tableau, QlikView, and Azure;
Java, JavaScript, and SQL Server;
SAP ECC, JIRA, and Sharepoint;
SAP ECC, SAP Vistex, and Azure;
HP QC, HP ALM, and JIRA;
Eclipse, Bugzilla, and Linux;
Oracle, IBM Maximo Asset Management, and P2P Integrations;
SQL Server, XML, and Unix;
PowerShell, GitLab, and GitHub;
SAP SD, SAP PP, and SAP MM;
HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
IBM Rational ClearQuest, IBM Rational Quality Manager, and IBM Lotus Notes; OR
HPQC, SAP ECC, and S/4 HANA.
All experience may be acquired concurrently. Travel and relocation required as needed based on Capgemini business needs. Telecommuting may be permitted as needed. EOE.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $196,123.00- $209,580.00/year.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
