The Senior Manager, Field Service is accountable for leadership and management of all aspects of Field Service delivery to deliver world class service, an engaging environment for employees, and value to customers. The Senior Manager, Field Service will also be accountable for creating a positive culture while developing, evolving, and deploying the overall Field Service delivery strategy in partnership with peers across the organization.

What You Will Do:

  • You will lead leaders and other support roles while ensuring a positive and engaging environment for an organization of 60+ team members with a focus on development and professional growth

  • Be accountable to departmental financials to drive proper investments and cost savings initiatives.

  • Create and evolve staffing models, resource plans, and infrastructure investment priorities with the ability to properly demonstrate short and long term ROI.

  • Influence and engage in strategic activities related to new product development, mergers and acquisitions within the Field Service function.

  • Manage metrics to measure the growth and performance of the team and authorized service providers

  • You will champion data analysis to drive insights and decision-making within a rapidly growing business

  • Constantly analyze, refine, and iterate on internal processes to make them more efficient

  • Create and evolve a Lean culture while expanding problem solving capabilities within the organization leading to process improvements and value creation.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Masters degree preferred

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience and people leadership

  • Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceMax or equivalent ERP/CRM/FSM

  • Vendor management experience preferred

  • Experience and/ or certification in LEAN principles preferred.
