What you'll be doing

You’ll be joining CIBC’s Business PMO. You’ll work closely with others to manage a portfolio of projects from end-to-end, focusing on the people impacts. As the Senior Analyst, People Change Management, you’ll be joining a new team of people change professionals to manage and develop change plans for transformational initiatives and provide subject matter expertise to Project Managers on the team developing change plans for their projects. You’ll use your expertise in people/organizational change management methodology to make recommendations for continuous improvements on all project change deliverables and other change related practices.

How you'll succeed

Change management – Participate in the development of the People Change Management discipline for CIBC's US region. Provide best practices for CIBC based on your expertise. Assess the efficiency of the practices and procedures used by the team, and provide guidance that will continuously improve change capabilities.

Teamwork – Help internal partners make informed decisions about the development of programs, products, and services. Work closely with teams as you work toward a common goal and negotiate deliverables and milestones whenever necessary.

Communication - Provide visibility to transformational initiatives’ sequencing, planning and people change management components by performing analysis on skills and workforce, applying substantial communication and problem-solving skills

You have a degree/diploma in Business and/or a related field of study. It’s an asset if you have your MBA or professional designation.

You can demonstrate experience in People/Organizational Change Management methodology, principles, and tools. It’s an asset if that experience is in Banking/Financial Services sector
