Overview
The Senior Account Executive serves as an agency catalyst for developing and implementing the client’s tactical plan by working with internal team members and clients to determine campaign objectives and expectations. The Senior Account Executive must demonstrate meaningful knowledge of the client’s business, lead projects and serve as a key day-to-day contact for clients, while building and maintaining close internal team relationships. They are responsible for executional excellence and ensuring the creative product achieves client objectives.
Acts as the main day-to-day client contact by managing client questions, concerns and project feedback
Functions as client adviser and resource, provides client counsel and has a point of view
Possesses an understanding of the digital activation landscape including key retail media networks and third-party tactical solutions
Leads client review meetings and monitors revisions of creative
Oversees the day-to-day execution and ensures high-quality, cost-effective results
Demonstrates market insights and contributes to the strategic marketing plan
Presents new ideas and innovative approaches to solving client business issues
Responsibilities
What You Will Do
Develop creative briefs and lead briefings with very little oversight
Learn how to distill feedback and craft clear communications internally to both ensure the work connects to client business objectives while moving the work forward
Collaborate, and in certain instances, own the development of client tactical plans
Make a tangible impact on the creative
Have category expertise and a POV
Know how/when to apply competitive learnings, trends, etc.
Learn the art of scope development and the ability to ask questions to clarify deliverables and budget

Qualifications
Shopper and retail marketing experience
3+ years previous work experience in an agency setting
Management experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience
Demonstrates a strong work ethic that is determined, tenacious and tireless, a bias for action and extraordinary dedication to results
Is comfortable with uncertainty, change and pressure
Thinks through problems by quickly narrowing in on core issues and identifying innovative and effective solutions
Stays abreast of industry, client and category trends
Highly organized and ability to prioritize and report on programs
Experienced working with strategy and creative teams to develop compelling solutions

Compensation Range: $59,850 - $82,740 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
