Description
Job Requirements:
· 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Workforce Software (WFS) implementations.
· Must have experience with USA & Canada implementations; experience in other countries is an added advantage.
· Expertise and certification in Workforce Software Time & Attendance configuration
· Experience in Absence Compliance, Job Scheduling, and Forecasting/Demand Scheduling (preferred).
· Experience in Time integrations with Payroll (SAP SF ECP), Benefits, and other Systems.

· Interact and deal effectively with all levels of employees while maintaining a professional manner
· Flexibility to learn additional SuccessFactors modules and work with sr consultants for skill development.
· Expected to complete projects within specified deadlines
· Expected to work occasional weekends, holidays, overtime, or a variety of shifts, when needed, to meet deadlines
· Ability and willingness to travel by auto and air as needed to achieve business objectives
· Exhibits ability to work both in a team environment and independently
· Strong analytical, organization, time management, facilitation, and process management skills
· Demonstrated high level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate technical and non-technical information, ideas, procedures and processes
· Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and with all levels of the organization and cope with rapidly changing information
· Ability to evaluate and negotiate priorities and adapt to new/evolving individual and team assignments as adjustments are needed.
· Knowledge of how current trends and process solutions can address identified business needs and capabilities.
Job Responsibilities:
· Lead Workforce Software Time and Attendance, Absence Management, Integration, and Reporting implementations.
· Conduct strategy sessions to assess business processes, gather and document business requirements, and configure Workforce Software solutions accordingly.
· Configure Workforce Software solutions to align with business goals and compliance needs.
· Enabling standard reports and translations, and support system integrations to enhance Workforce Software functionality.
· Contribute to process improvements and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions with the internal team.
· Perform Unit Testing, PIT (Product Integration Testing) ,conduct payroll parallel testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and data validation before go-live.
· Collaborate with other SF module leads to identify potential system enhancements and process optimizations.
· Conduct training sessions for end-users and team members to enhance their understanding and utilization of WFS.
· Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in WFS and system analysis.
· Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance system performance.
· Be flexible to learn additional SAP SuccessFactors modules and undergo training to enhance consulting expertise.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $95.00 - $95.00/hr.
