As a Project Manager you are responsible for the management of Translon and Transformation of business processes and infrastructure, including planning for risk assessment and change management

Job Description

We are searching for a Project Manager to provide leadership in Transition and Transformation (T&T) on a large project that includes integrations across the major program initiatives. That involves planning and implementing RAID and change management. This position will be full-time and Onsite or Offsite.

What You\'ll Do

  • Manager Transition and Transformation (T&T) on a large integration project
  • Plan and implement RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies)
  • Provide Change Management thought the project cycle
  • Properly maintain status of RAID and change management
  • Escalate issues early in the process

What You\'ll Need

Required:

  • Project Management experience - 5-8 years
  • MUST have transition and transformation (T&T) experience on large programs that include integrations across the major program initiatives
  • Must have Tech Infrastructure knowledge/experience
  • MS Project / Smartsheet
  • SharePoint
  • MS Office tools, including being proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proficient in English
  • Proficient in communicating and following up
  • Needs to be outgoing and self-managed with little supervision

Preferred:

  • PMP would be nice, but not an absolute requirement
  • Some understanding of project financials would be great, but not a show-stopper

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
