TEKsystems Premium Support Engineer in Chicago, Illinois

Description:

Our client is looking to add a contractor to the Premium Support Team that provide technical support and troubleshooting for C-Level executives in their Chicago office. This is a key office housing around 40 executives that this person would be dedicated to. Must be able to appease and build relationships with executives. This role will be a long term contract and 5 days a week on-site at the Chicago office.

Targeting someone who ideally worked at an organization similar in size to GEHC (50,000 employees globally).

This person will be expected to work very hard and put in overtime. Roughly 50 hours a week.

Soft Skills: This is key and need the right work ethic. Need to be able to handle C level customers. Second line engineer. First class customer support 365.
