The Operations Specialist is a key player in supporting the Sales, Customer Success and Marketing departments. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a solid understanding of Salesforce and the ability to manage various data-related tasks efficiently. They will be heavily involved with data management, pipeline analysis, content creation, and reporting, with a focus on optimizing sales processes and enhancing customer success.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and reconcile data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems: Salesforce, ConnectWise (CW), and SharePoint (SP).

  • Monitor and manage overdue next steps and close dates for opportunities in Salesforce.

  • Vet the pipeline to remove premature opportunities and leads, ensuring data integrity.

  • Manually vet pulls from lead generation tool, Seamless.AI to maintain high-quality lead data.

  • Merge and remove duplicate contacts and accounts in Salesforce, updating missing information as needed.

  • Assist with the editing and review of Statement of Work (SOW) to ensure efficient completion.

  • Support the creation and editing of Quarterly Business Review (QBR) and proposal decks.

  • Generate reports based on needs to support departments and meetings.

  • Provide general onboarding support for new hires within supported departments.

  • Documentation governance across internal sites and solutions.

  • Assistance with event planning, management, and execution.

  • Marketing content creation and updates.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a professional setting, with a focus on data management and process optimization.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, with the ability to manage and analyze data effectively.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.

  • Familiarity with SharePoint (SP) is a plus.
