Location:Must be in Chicagoland area (Remote with monthly onsite team meetings).
Role Overview:As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will report directly to the Associate Director of Digital Marketing. You will be the driving force behind the implementation and management of marketing automation programs. Your mission: execute automated marketing campaigns, optimize workflows, and ensure the seamless operation of our marketing automation platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take charge of our marketing automation platform, ensuring smooth integration with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and other relevant tools.
- Implement, manage, and execute automated marketing campaigns, including lead generation and nurture programs, email workflows, and drip campaigns, particularly in the B2B/Corporate Sales and Alliances channel.
- Develop and implement strategies to deliver targeted and personalized marketing messages.
- Support the development of lead scoring models and ensure accurate lead qualification for sales follow-up.
- Enhance A/B testing capabilities to refine messaging, layouts, and other campaign elements for improved performance.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics for marketing automation campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications:
- Expert in managing marketing automation platforms (Marketo).
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and integrating them with marketing automation platforms.
- Solid understanding of digital sales/B2B Demand Generation and eCommerce tools.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and audience segmentation.
- Comfortable working with APIs in a programming language.
- Ability to track, analyze, and optimize campaign program performance using data-driven insights.
