Job Description
Mediate and solve issues to meet client expectations
Lead client discussions for budget, scope and schedules
Collaborate with clients by sharing project management and process expertise
Manage and refine overall communication flow
Assess, prioritize and organize all daily deliverables
Contribute to senior level meetings
Escalate issues appropriately and professionally at all times
Lead an effective discussion, ensuring that it stays on track and leads to a solution, decision and next steps
Provide meaningful feedback to your reports in a timely and sincere manner
Share your project management experience with client
Deliver info to traffic department and provide feedback to direct reports
Identify opportunities to streamline processes in order to create efficiencies
Oversee department leadership functions such as process refinement
Implement departmental tools utilized by broader client team to manage deliverables
Work closely with managers to develop interdepartmental initiatives
New offline process training
Provide daily process support and advice to junior staff
Deliver constructive negative feedback and get positive results across all capabilities
Collaborate with marketing to develop client-facing materials and presentations
Qualifications
Four year degree (MBA preferred)
5-7 years experience
Creative agency experience desired
Demonstrated track record in outlining and facilitating development plans
Consistent and articulate communication skills
Strong understanding of team capabilities
Deep familiarity with digital environment
True understanding of direct reports’ needs
Strong team building skills
Ability to deliver instructions in a clear and concise manner
Strong ability to provide proper documentation for cross-capabilities
Skills to maintain a finished traffic portfolio relevant to all our audiences
Demonstrated ability to guide continuous improvement to all project management capability within Digitas
Candidate must be open to travel as needed
