Our client, a top-tier firm with a thriving commercial litigation practice, is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant to join their outstanding team in Chicago. As a Litigation Legal Assistant, you will support multiple attorneys in a dynamic environment, playing a key role in managing all aspects of an active litigation practice.
Responsibilities:
Manage e-filing processes for Illinois state and federal courts with accuracy; adapt to Wisconsin filing procedures as needed.
Assist with all stages of litigation, including drafting, organizing, and filing court documents.
Monitor and track deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks under competing priorities.
Serve as a problem-solver, using resourcefulness and practical thinking to address challenges effectively.
Communicate and collaborate actively with attorneys, staff, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
2+ years of relevant experience.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
