Job Title: Intercompany Accountant (Consulting Engagement)

Rate of Pay: $45-$75 per hour (depending on experience level)

Job Description:

Jefferson Wells is seeking experienced Intercompany Accountants for upcoming consulting engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex intercompany transactions and reconciliations.

  • Perform vendor setup and matching, identifying drivers for any variances.

  • Work with large, multinational organizations to clean up massive intercompany accounts.

  • Handle very large Excel spreadsheets with proficiency.

  • Ensure strong reconciliation processes are in place.

  • Maintain excellent attention to detail in all tasks.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with complex intercompany transactions.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, particularly with large datasets.

  • Proven track record of working with large, multinational organizations.

  • Exceptional reconciliation skills.

  • High level of attention to detail.
