What You-ll Do

• Manage team ofdata and analytics professionals across data engineering, BI,automation,and data science, involving overseeing the engagements, hiring talent,mentoring, and coaching team

• Lead highlycomplex and large-scale data and analytics engagements including data and analytics strategyengagements, build and implementation engagements,and run engagements

• Providedirection to team to deliver outputs which provide our clients high qualitydeliverables with focus on business outcomes and storytelling

• Play aclient-service role for data and analytics engagements by partnering with clients to become a trusted advisor,manage and exceed client expectations, and present findings to clients.

• Ownsolutioning, client management, delivery of data and analytics projects

• Support inbusiness growth through collaboration with account teams on presales activities through research, solutioningsupport and providing thought leadership. And working with alliance partnerson sell-with opportunities

• Work onongoing development of data and analytics capabilities across the team, development of new assets, andcontribute to GTM solutions for data andanalytics

Minimum education qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years of experience in delivering large scale dataand analytics engagements

• Strong experience acrossthe entire data and analytics lifecycle including data

• integration, datamanagement, data architecture, data governance, data quality,

• automation, and datascience

• Ability to definebusiness case for data and analytics solutions, measure and

• report business outcomes,and do storytelling to executives

• Ability to interface withclient at any level, executive to engineer

• Hands-on across data andanalytics, and able to coach and mentor team in

• situations where teamrequires technical help

• Strong experience in dataand analytics ecosystem across Azure, AWS, Google,

• with Azure as must have (includingSQL, Azure Data Lake, Synapse, Azure ML,

• Located in the Chicago,IL
