Your responsibilities in this role:
Manage correspondences on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups.
Identify recurring technical issues and propose solutions to address the root of the problems.
Deliver IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally.
Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues.
Requirements
-Microsoft Windows experience desired
Foundational knowledge in Zoom
Customer Support experience
Microsoft Teams experience
Comprehension of basic networking concepts
Practical knowledge in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
3+ years of prior experience
Prior experience with IT support ticketing systems
Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement.
Background in user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment.
