Due to tremendous business growth we now have an opportunity for a commercially minded Analyst to join our Finance team in Chicago.

Key Responsibilities:

- - Prepare and analyze monthly plant reports for assigned business entities - P&L review and analysis - Cashflow forecasting and preparation of projects - Drive preparation of annual budget and periodic forecasting - Preparation of statutory accounts - Provide strong financial reporting integrity and analytical review of commercial opportunities, ensuring proper maintenance of customer profitability models and new customer transactions - Prepare monthly financial reviews of customers, for management review and senior reporting, and coordinate ongoing customer profitability calculations - Assist in the annual budgeting process; and compare to actual results with a view to identify, explain, and correct variances as appropriate - Oversee monthly plant reviews and presentations on results

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

- - BS/CPA and a minimum of 2+ years\' of Accounting experience gained in a Big 4 or mid-tier firm - Keen analytic, organization and problem-solving skills which allows for strategic data interpretation versus simple reporting - Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience in effectively communicating key data, including presentations to senior management - Ability and desire to translate complex financial concepts to individuals at all levels including finance and non-finance managers - Capable of managing projects and time in order to meet crucial deadlines
