Wells Fargo is seeking a Field Exam Analyst to be a part of Wells Fargo Commercial Banking.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide leadership, guidance and work direction to peers and colleagues

  • Review company policies and procedures to effectively communicate with peers and borrowers and assist in the implementation of collateral control procedures

  • Supervise examination activities to ensure conformity with established procedures

  • Conduct quality reviews and monitor key performance metrics

  • Ensure that financial records represent sound accounting procedures

  • Provide leadership, guidance and work direction to peers and colleagues

  • Serve as an escalation point in the resolution of client issues

  • Assist on complex recurring inspections or financial exams working with more experienced examiners or exam team

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Financial Collateral Examination experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Collateral examination experience

  • Strong understanding of Accounting

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance

  • Accounting Internships

  • Advanced Excel Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Excellent customer service experience

  • Able to anticipate and adapt to rapidly changing, growth-oriented environment

  • Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 30%-50% of the time

  • Valid US Passport

  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

  • Salary ranges for this role are $51,100-$76,600

  • May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights or other long-term incentive awards

  • Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Information will be shared about expectations during the recruitment process

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

Salary is just one component of Wells Fargo's total rewards package. Depending on the role, a Wells Fargo's employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

$51,100.00 - $76,700.00
