Description
Our client, an esteemed family law firm located in Chicago is seeking a dedicated Family Law Attorney to join their dynamic team. This position is perfectly suited for an attorney who holds a deep passion for family law and is keenly interested in advancing their career within a nurturing and team-oriented setting.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Represent clients in court proceedings or in negotiations as required.
Deal with cases related to divorce, custody, adoption, domestic abuse, or other family matters.
Conduct in-depth legal research and gather evidence related to cases.
Prepare and file all necessary legal documentation.
Assist in developing case strategies while working alongside our dedicated legal team.
Maintain strict client and case confidentiality.
Requirements
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school.
Active admitted member in good standing with the Illinois State Bar (or ability to wave in).
1-5+ years of experience in family law.
Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
Superior analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
