Position Summary

The Executive Assistant will be experienced in handling administrative and executive support-related tasks. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills, and the ability to work autonomously.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting executives, C Level executive support, or a team in a management consulting or a professional services firm.

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

  • A detail-oriented self-starter with prior experience in the financial services industry or professional services firm,

  • Strong interpersonal skills and keen ability to manage numerous executives.

  • A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the organization.

  • Energetic and thrives in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of flexibility.

  • Strong organizational skills, elevated prioritizing and multi-tasking skills

  • Advanced technical skills with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Salesforce and Workday knowledge are a plus.

  • Must be an expert in heavy calendar management and possess the ability to triage requests to ensure a timely response.

  • Familiarity with online travel tools and experience arranging complex domestic and international travel itineraries.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.

  • Flexibility to work overtime hours as needed.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $65,000- $90,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $ 71,500- $99,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
