Engagement Manager (Hatch Associates Consultants, Inc., Chicago, IL):
Lead end-to-end engagements by delivering quantifiable impact (cost savings, improved KPI, etc.). Lead projects in the Mining and Metals, Energy and Infrastructure sectors. Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of projects while providing quality assurance to ensure work is delivered to the highest possible standard. Supervise, coach, and participate in the value creation process across the team. Structure problems and define the workstreams to deliver impact. Respond to client concerns efficiently, proactively coaching clients in problem structuring and solving. Develop a growing client network and build effective relationships with new clients. Proactively engage key client stakeholders to update/manage expectations. Take global best practices across technical areas within Hatch and customize for client context. Coach and actively mentor more junior staff on technical competencies. Seek opportunities to develop new solutions and services across Hatch Advisorys service lines. Assist with the project risk evaluations and management processes, including start-up planning activities, holding workshops, assessments, and developing business philosophy and operational strategy.
Full time employment, Monday Friday, 40 hours per week.
