Job Title: Industrial Electrician

Job Description: Are you an experienced Industrial Electrician looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity? Join our dynamic team where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our electrical systems. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Bending up to 4' conduit (EMT, IMC)

  • Working with 480V electric and power distribution

  • Managing industrial electric controls

  • Installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures

  • Constructing or fabricating parts according to specifications

  • Diagnosing malfunctioning systems using testing equipment and hand tools

This position involves physically demanding tasks such as digging trenches to lay conduit, moving or lifting heavy objects, and working from ladders, scaffolds, or roofs. You'll also advise management on the safety and continued operation of equipment.

Hard Skills:

  • Expertise in bending up to 4' conduit (EMT, IMC)

  • Proficiency with 480V electric systems

  • Knowledge of power distribution and industrial electric controls

  • Skilled in the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures

  • Ability to construct or fabricate parts according to specifications

  • Strong diagnostic skills using testing equipment and hand tools

  • Capability to perform physically demanding tasks

  • Experience in placing conduit, pipes, or tubing in designated areas

  • Ability to work from ladders, scaffolds, or roofs

  • Advising management on hazardous equipment operations

Job Type: This is a 6-month contract position.

Work Environment: Food Distribution Facilities, Manufacturing Warehouses, Waste Water Treatment Facilities, Chemical Plants, etc.

Prepare for a physically demanding role that involves working from ladders, scaffolds, or roofs, and handling various tools and equipment. You'll ensure the safety and compatibility of systems while moving or lifting heavy objects and digging trenches to lay conduit.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
