This position will be a key leader as part of the eCommerce Supply Chain Service team to ensure we have solidified communication with our customers and across all BUs both in Sales and Supply Chain. This position will help to enable the PepsiCo Supply Chain Strategy to deliver near-term strategic goals while developing process and procedures to support long-term growth within eCommerce.This role can be based in Plano, Chicago, or New York

Responsibilities\ This position will lead PepsiCos eCommerce Supply Chain agenda of 3PL and Internal DC/Warehouse partners providing direct fulfillment across all BUs. This Position will be the voice of PepsiCo to the 3PL organization\ The translation of the Supply Chain eCommerce Direct Fulfillment strategy into actionable work plans and deliverables including return, risk, technology & capability investment, customer growth, and KPM impact\ Deliver key service metrics that support the overall eComm Growth Agenda: RSV & Net Rev Top Line Growth, Order Lead Times/SLAs, etc (external customer metrics and internal fulfillment metrics)\ Aligning resources and leading the team to execute the strategy to deliver Best in Class performance\ This position will help define the strategy for short term to midterm Direct Fulfillment across all BUs\ This position will lead a team that will be responsible for the execution of Direct Fulfillment supporting customer 1P Drop Ship and PepsiCo Brand/BU DTC/B2B operations\ Work closely with the eComm Tech, Product Development teams, and IT teams across all BUs to build Direct Fulfillment capability via integrations with external omnichannel software/SAAS, 3PLs, and internal sites\ Lead AOP development for direct fulfillment including analysis and presentation preparation\ Provide counsel to a broad range of Supply Chain leaders on the impact to the Supply Chain for Direct Fulfillment\ Positively influence at all levels within and outside the organization as a thought leader\ Have routine touch points with the Direct Fulfillment providers to review Cost, Food Safety and Service KPMs.\ Providing insightful analysis of business results to senior Supply Chain Leaders on performance and ad-hoc analyses that lead to problem solving and business improving recommendations\ Creatively identify opportunities for technology to enable increased service levels\ Assess 3PL and Internal eCommerce Direct Fulfillment network capacity and capability for ensuring BU growth agendas are accomplished with regards to SKU and volume projections across the complex environment (all units of measures/UoMs, inventory availability, days on hand/DOH, same day shipping, SKU personalization, etc)\ Manage a work group of highly motivated and results focused individuals\ Develop long-term people capability in the work group

Compensation & Benefits:\ The expected compensation range for this position is between \$114,700 - \$192,100 based on a full-time schedule\ Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary\ Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annuall \ Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement\ In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan

Qualifications\ * BA or relevant Degree (Operations, Supply Chain) from a rigorous undergraduate program with demonstrated high academic achievement\ * 10+ years of professional experience in a highly analytical, data intensive and/or strategic role, preferably with significant experience in Supply Chain and/or online retail\ * Track-record of effectively managing projects to complete multiple, time-sensitive projects and competing priorities with minimum guidance\ * Working knowledge of SAP, WMS systems, and EDI/API\ * Frito Lay, PBNA, Quaker, Gatorade, SodaStream, and/or Tropicana Brand Groups experience desired\ * Previous people manager/leadership experience strongly desired\ * Ability to cross-functionally partner with and influence/inspire key decision makers in the organization\ * Must be results oriented with strong execution skills.
