Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Deal Desk Analyst to join our team. The Deal Desk Analyst will play a crucial role in the sales process by providing strategic and analytical support to our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and product management, to ensure deal terms and conditions are accurate and compliant.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the deal desk function.

  • Assist with contract negotiations as needed.

  • Shepherding large opportunities through various pre-sale to post-sale processes, in collaboration with Finance, Legal, Implementation and Service.

  • Ensuring deals adhere to timelines while managing through the sales process.

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, finance, or related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.

  • Proficiency in using SFDC CRM/CPQ, DocuSign CLM, MSFT Excel, and Power BI.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

The pay range for this position is $69,600-$129,200/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
