We are currently looking for a Full Time Corporate/Procurement Leadership Development Program - Emerging Leader. The Corporate/Procurement Leadership Development Program Emerging Leader enhances TC Transcontinentals competitiveness in the flexible packaging industry and internal decision-making process through accurate Procurement Direct and Indirect materials data. This data is shared with other departments such as pricing and executive management.\ \ This position is a rotational role, receiving on-the-job training while working in multiple corporate departments.

Work Material Pricing Automation. Cross-functional with Pricing. Pricing standardization and visualization.

Spend cube optimization. Cross-functional with IT. Artificial Intelligence tool training and debugging. Interact with sites to understand ordering process and propose changes that help keep data standardized.

Develop new analytics required by management for decision making process enterprise wide. Will work with Procurement team members, site buyers, IT team, and executive team to develop data capturing and visualization.
